Home Visits

Volunteers visit with Catholic homebound within the St. Mary Parish boundary, bringing the warm presence of Christ, church bulletin and any developing news of the Parish.  Commissioned Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to the Homebound may also bring the Eucharist.  Visits may be weekly or adjusted to needs of the person to be visited and the volunteer’s schedule, and also coordinated to comply with current Covid-19 policies and guidelines.  Anyone in a situation of serious illness, awaiting surgery, of advanced age, or in a situation of approaching death may ask for the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick.
